This is some good drama. OP in the linked thread is throwing an absolute tantrum over the fact that their gimmick was met with anything other than praise.

  2. WolfganusMofart says:

    >You lost our argument and showed you’re sexist. You are being a stalker at this point. Also imagine a full grown adult trying to say something kids find funny is scary.

Imagine a fully grown adult talking like this

  3. Lint6 says:

    > Arguing that people who are afraid of clowns are afraid of this is akin to thinking people who fear spiders are bothered by fake ones.

I used to work with a guy who was afraid of clowns and yes, a picture of one would turn him ghost white and break out in a cold sweat

  4. Pepperoni_Admiral says:

    From OP:

    >Failure to provide proof of your picture claim means it has now been dismissed as hearsay.

People who try to adopt this stentorian tone online crack me up. It’s like the second to last step before full blown sovcit “legalese is wizardry and if you say the magic words it protects you from the judge’s spells.”

    > Did you really think they would remove a 4.99* diamond driver with 5k rides and only one previous unrelated (and proven to be unfounded) complaint?

What the *fuck* did you just fucking say about me, you little pax? I’ll have you know I’m a 4.99* diamond driver with only one (proven to be unfounded) complaint, I’ve been involved in numerous secret drives to McDonalds, and I have over 5k confirmed rides. I am trained in fast driving and I’m the top driver in the entire neighborhood. You are nothing to me but just another passenger. I will drive you the fuck where you’re going with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with not tipping me after a ride? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting support and your account is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your account. You’re fucking suspended, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can get to you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s with a sextoy clown riding shotgun. Not only am I extensively trained in steering, but I have access to the entire arsenal of this car’s foot pedals and I will use them to their full extent to drive your miserable ass off the face of the road, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” review was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have rated me 5 stars and moved on. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying for my gas, you goddamn idiot. I will shit directions all over you and you will drown in them. We’ve fucking arrived, kiddo.

  8. SvenJensensen says:

The most intriguing part of that whole thing to me was OP’s nonsensical use the term ableism. Like one of the comments directed at them used the R-word but then they just carried that to like a dozen other responses

  9. twinkprivilege says:

    > “A clown thing” people hate clowns. And i guess it makes sense, cuz your a fucking clown 🤡 it’s the clown car!! 🤡 bitch loves clowns. Isn’t that cool and normal? Or wait, no its creepy and weird like LITERALLY EVERYONE HAS SAID HERE. when YOUR 🤡 opinion 🤡 is 🤡 not 🤡 reflected 🤡 by 🤡 literally 🤡 a single 🤡 other 🤡 person 🤡 that’s how you know you’re wrong. Go back to fucking your clown you fucking clown. 🤡 hope u learn something from this post. 🤡👍🏻 THE FACT THAT IT’s NOT MEANT FOR SEX IS ACTUALLY IRRELEVANT ITS CREEPY REGARDLESS YOU DENSE FUCK 🤦🏼‍♂️🤡🤦🏼‍♂️🤡 need to leave my thread 🤡😂 yeah dude im done, ill let the rest if em explain why your a fucking creepy dumbshit 👍🏻👌🏽

There’s a lot of funny comments on that post but this one is my favorite hands down

  10. cashobar says:

This thread was fucking legendary. The OP’s post history is about as weird as expected and of course he (she?) has pet tarantulas. This is the best thread I’ve read after that guy who abused anabolic steroids went into mania and tried to create the perfect sex bot with commercials and everything.

  11. poetrythrowndown says:

I especially appreciate the irony of the “you’ve proven you’re sexist” comment (in response to…nothing at all about any gender??) immediately after which OP makes like 800 comments along the lines of “MEN sexualize everything”

  12. anrwlias says:

I love that downthread he starts going off on how no one is afraid of fake spiders and then went on a tangent about how he’s shown lots of people his pet tarantulas (because, of course, this is the sort of person who keeps pet tarantulas) and uses that as evidence that people aren’t really afraid of spiders.

When informed that his sample-size wasn’t exactly representative, he demanded proof that anyone was afraid of spiders and insisted on *no anecdotal evidence*.

    The irony is delicious.

  13. Fugitive-Wizard says:

OP- “everyone I know who’s scared of spiders wants to see my tarantulas”

Commenter- “some people I know can’t look at pictures of spiders without getting freaked out”

Op- “that’s anecdotal evidence. Provide proof.”

My anecdote is proof but not yours. Also OP insisting people on Reddit are not real people.

  14. Leftieswillrule says:

With the amount of accusations of boundary violation and personal attacks coming from this dude, I am suddenly extremely interested in his opinions on angular momentum.

  15. Cupinacup says:

OP is all over the linked thread and it’s not a massive post with tons of children, so I just directly linked the main post. If you want me to break it down in a text post and provide more context (honestly not sure what else you need after a title like that), just let me know, mods.

  16. Renegade5151 says:

After reading the post as well as checking the account and seeing past posts/comments I only have one question

What the hell is a PAX?

  17. TeveshSzat10 says:

    > Arguing that people who are afraid of clowns are afraid of this is akin to thinking people who fear spiders are bothered by fake ones.

Ah yes, because people who are afraid of spiders famously have no reaction to fake spiders

  18. Yojo0o says:

It’s hard to figure out since most of OOP’s responses are just accusing people of being sexist or disgusting, but it seems like they’re using an inflatable clown doll to claim the shotgun seat so that passengers don’t sit there.

I haven’t ridden Uber since pre-Covid so I suppose the rules have changed? I’ve definitely ridden up front when riding with multiple people in the past. But more importantly, it’s weird as fuck. Lock that door, hang a sign, put a heavy box there or something if it’s that important to block the seat from would-be passengers.

  19. blackdahlia09 says:

I’m terrified of clowns. And thinking about it now is giving me crazy goosebumps. I avoid ronald mcdonald. Seeing pennywise like this would kill me

  20. emperor_scrotum_II says:

Just came back to this thread to see if the lolcow is still milking.
The OP hasn’t stopped posting yet. Matter of fact the OP has posted at *least* a couple of posts every hour for *18 hours straight*. One neckbeard to rule them all. And this person calls everyone else an incel lmao.

I’m too lazy to do it but document this legendary post and OP’s post history and post it to r/averageredditor or r/redditmoment

  21. Madrid_Supporter says:

If my uber/Lyft driver had a blow up doll of a horror movie character in his front seat I would definitely cancel and request a new one. That’s just creep and weird af.

  22. SchrodingersPelosi says:

To consider others’ experiences and how they shape identity and perspective is, I would argue, one of the fundamental axioms of “woke”ness. An example would be the use of “assigned female/male at birth” – it takes into account others’ feelings about the gender they were assigned with respect to the gender they are, because everyone’s experiences with gender and gender identity are different. This consideration for the experience and viewpoint of others is easily extended to situations and/or conditions that do not generally fit with the layperson idea of “neurotypical”, such as phobias.

Lolololol at this fucking OP who, upon being told that some people have phobias about clowns, that it’s not their experience so it’s obviously not true and then asking for a fucking source on phobias. This fucking OP making their weird ass clown doll about everybody else’s sex lives. This fucking OP calling everyone who disagrees, no matter how polite or pleasant or respectful they may be, “toxic”. This fucking OP *trying to weaponize the marginalization of others to defend a shitty clown blow up doll.* Actually, fuck OP – their “shitty clown blow up sex doll*.

I got $5 fucking dollars that OP was raised upper middle class too btw.

  23. seedypete says:

Nothing says “don’t worry, THIS Uber driver isn’t going to do anything weird” like an inflatable murderclown in the passenger seat and a bizarrely hostile defensive attitude towards any of the questions about it that would naturally arise.

This could ALMOST be salvaged if the driver were easygoing and funny about it, but this whackjob seems like the “how DARE you ask that” type that would lead anyone to assume he’s in a committed relationship with the thing.

  24. SomeMetroid says:

This is just bizarre. I love it. I think OP is a woman judging from their responses but still, keeping a clown sex doll in the front seat…yeah, people are gonna be a little freaked out.

Edit: poster is AFAB and agender

  25. SomeGuyNamedJason says:

Don’t worry, I’m not going to have sex with this inflatable clown, I’m just going to drive around with it. Wouldn’t want things to be weird.

  26. Meat_Candle says:

Someone said their snowman doll got them more tips, and OP said people like “horror movie” things better. OP intentionally chose a clown. OP is the real clown.

  27. ZBLongladder says:

    >>>> This you?

    >>> Let me know when you actually read the article and use your brain with the info I already gave you.

    >>> Yall are terrible at doxxing

    >>If you use buzzwords- you should know what they mean. That was a link to a public article on Google. Even so, there was no mention of the offenders name/phone number/address or other private information. I think you have a serious victim complex.

    >> PS- I’m not going to go through all your comments to “double check” my source. You are a nobody on Reddit that I will forget in a few hours. I just thought a Lyft driver with the same blow up clown is AWFULLY coincidental.

    > We minorities determine what behaviors classify as ableism, etc, not you oppressors trying to weasel out of what your bad behavior is. Blocked

So the OP brings up abelism and calls the commenter an oppressor for…disputing that what they did was doxxing, when it really wasn’t remotely doxxing. The OP seriously seems like a right-wing strawman of “woke” people, with how bizarrely self-righteous and defensive they are and how eager they are to stick an arbitrary -ism on anything they don’t like.

  28. Neutral_Milk_ says:

it’s funny how op is assuming everyone they reply to is a man but freak the fuck out and call people sexist when they make the same assumption.
