As RSLD treats every doll as a work of art during the design and creation process, we understand that a sex doll is not just a sex toy or an expensive purchase. It often plays the role of a partner, who could bring pleasure and happiness. To guarantee our customers’ interests and satisfaction, we genuinely launched the RSLD Customer Protection Program. If there is any fault in your order or product that is caused by us, we will try our best to identify the problem and provide solutions, such as compensation, repair, or replacement.

How does it work?

1. Examine the doll thoroughly on arrival;

2. Email us photos or videos within 48 hours on receipt of the doll if you find a faulty doll or a doll that is different from your order;

3. Keep the whole package as it is and do not use the doll if you think that you have the right to get compensation or a replacement. If there is any obvious fault brought by the factory, we will try to consult the factory on a replacement.    

Kindly Reminder

1. RSLD only cooperates with excellent manufacturers and sells dolls certificated by CE, ROHS, 6P, and MSDS.

2. The products will be sent from our factory in China.

3. No order can be canceled as Sex Doll is a customized product.
