Order Confirmation, Modification, and Cancellation

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is placed. At the same time, the customized production begins. As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If the order needs to be modified, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will check whether it is possible to make changes and reply to you as soon as possible. Additional fees may be charged for changes.

Normally you can expect around 2-4 weeks to get the package after you order. The total time might vary with different destinations and the actual transportation conditions. In case of holidays or force majeure, there might be delays in production or delivery.

Damages and Returns

RSLD only sells high-quality sex dolls, and every doll has to go through strict quality inspection before it is shipped. If there is any fault in the product, please email us photos or videos within 48 hours of arrival. We will identify the problem and find a solution. If the fault is confirmed to have been caused during production, we will negotiate with the factory for a solution.
