Order Confirmation, Modification, and Cancellation

As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If the order needs to be modified, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will check whether it is possible to make changes and reply to you as soon as possible. Additional fees may be charged for changes.

Damages and Returns

RSLD only sells high-quality sex dolls, and every doll has to go through strict quality inspection before it is shipped. If the package has obvious signs of damage or the doll is damaged in the shipping process, please refuse to sign for the package and make a complaint against the courier. Meanwhile, you can email us the relevant situation.

If there is any fault in the product, please email us photos or videos within 48 hours of arrival. We will identify the problem and find a solution. If the fault is confirmed to have been caused during production, we will negotiate with the factory for a solution.
