Damages and Returns

Very good it took around 20 days to get here which is a bit but it’s expected for . I was a bit confused on how this worked at first for long distance but I figured it out. You and your partner must make an account each on their app. The person with the toy needs to connect to it and then send a friend request to the partners account. The partner accepts it and opens the friend chat and then can take control of the device after that and do whatever vibration they want to it. It worked very good for me and my partner but we don’t live that far away from each other so can’t really comment on that part about it but feel like it would work no matter the distance.

Very good vibration. Took about a little more than a month to arrive. Charged straight out the box. Struggled a bit trying to connect over long distance using two phones. Managed to get it to work with the Dolp app. Worth the cost for sure!

I put the device on charge for the third time and it started working! After 3 uses it stops working and it is not working now and I can’t get any help from you except asking for video!? I have no video and it’s still not working anymore broken inside what can you do please help??
Replacement is needed to make it correct now!!!
