Damages and Returns

The insertion is VERY unpleasant … to painful.
To avoid pain, use ALOT of water lubricant, on rectum and on vibrator,
Insert a little (3cm) slowly and then take back halfway, then insert again and pull back halfway again, and insert again etc… until fully inserted.
I found that it is easier to insert when vibrating, with an alternating like a wave vibration.
Treatment was not enjoyable to me, but the result after treatment is worth it.
