Damages and Returns

don’t understand how the seller can get by with never shipping merchandise. according to USPS doesn’t have a record of the package. I’m not going to purchase anymore of the items, but if the seller can get my order shipped soon at the purchase advertised price I would buy more. I enjoy giving things away. The way I understand the situation is I could be ripped off for less than $5 . if I had been treated fairly the same said seller would have made no less than 10 times that amount from me alone. my Father once told me it was worth $5. to him to see a man’s character!! I didn’t understand what character was. Over 50 years ago 5 dollars was a lot more then than it is today.
