The electrical shock intensity is very high and I wouldn’t recommend prolonged use of that feature since it might cause problems with your nervous system. In terms of silence, you hear it more than other people in my opinion. I used my phone to record the audio and you hear about a half or a third of the noise depending on what you touch or it touches. Let’s just say stay away from hollow objects as that can amplify the noise. The shock is completely silent, but I bet the people around you will see you squirm. There are different patterns for the shock, one almost being constant but none of them are constant except for the vibration frequencies. Vibrations have different frequencies and the lower ones sound much quieter than the the higher one and different patterns as well. All patterns include at least one high frequency and some also include low frequencies. If you’re into some submissive stuff, then this is perfect because of the remote which is fairly small.
