Order Confirmation, Modification, and Cancellation

As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If the order needs to be modified, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will check whether it is possible to make changes and reply to you as soon as possible. Additional fees may be charged for changes.

Damages and Returns

RSLD only sells high-quality sex dolls, and every doll has to go through strict quality inspection before it is shipped.
